Peter Kenward and Darren Donnelly of our Commercial Real Estate group will join Paul Sullivan of BCS Property Taxco on a “Legal Update” panel hosted by the Urban Development Institute. The panel takes place on November 22, 2011, and will include discussion on Phased Development Agreements, current practices related to Community Amenity Contributions, recent case law on the Real Estate Development Marketing Act, and changes to property tax assessments on mixed-use development sites.
