Update: Clark Wilson’s Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic

Firm News

Upon the advice of government agencies and health authorities and in an effort to help prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, Clark Wilson is encouraging all of our lawyers and staff to work remotely. Most of our firm is now doing so. The health and safety of our employees, clients and community remain our top priority.

Rest assured, we have enacted contingency plans and resources to ensure our service remains uninterrupted. We will conduct our meetings through videoconferencing and telephone calls, and continue to monitor and respond to all emails and communication through a secure remote network. While we expect most business will be conducted remotely for the foreseeable future, essential business functions remain available at the office to support our clients if needed.

As we all navigate this challenging time, please let us know how we may be a source of support. We have created a COVID-19 Resource page to keep you updated on issues that may pertain to your business or personal matters, and we will continue to add new resources as this situation evolves. Stay safe, and please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
