Themis Solutions Inc., better known as Clio, announced on January 30 that it has raised a US$6 million series B round of venture capital funding led by German-based VC firm Acton Capital Partners to extend its product offering and international reach. A client of Clark Wilson’s Technology and Corporate Finance & Securities Groups, Clio is known for its cloud-based legal software that simplifies practice management for small to mid-sized law firms. Mark Longo and Craig Rollins led the Clark Wilson team on this deal.
