On April 30, 2012, James Speakman and Shauna Towriss of the Commercial Real Estate Group at Clark Wilson LLP completed the sale of the Crowfoot Corner and Crowfoot Village shopping centres in Calgary, AB for Sunstone Opportunity Fund (2008) Limited Partnership. The properties, which together have over 113,000 square feet of rentable area, were purchased by Narland Investments Ltd. for $63,250,000.
