Don Sihota and Veronica Franco both participated in the PAMA Sessions at this year’s Buildex Vancouver, one of Canada’s largest tradeshows and conferences targeting the design, construction and architecture industries. Don presented on a panel regarding "How to Sell a Business" and spoke on ensuring a high valuation and smooth business succession when the time comes to sell your business. Veronica presented in the session, "LLLLLLLLLet’s Get Ready to Rumble! Proxy Fights at Strata General Meetings", where she discussed the key issues in voting and proxies at strata general meetings.
