Please join us in congratulating Business Litigation, Estates & Trusts and Family Law associate Alison Colpitts on her appointment to the Canadian Bar Association of British Columbia‘s Court Services Committee.
The Court Services Committee plays an important role in ensuring that lawyers and their clients have fair, effective access to the court system. The Committee gathers input from CBA members about gaps and barriers in court services across the province, and works with stakeholders, including the Court Services Branch, court user committees, and the judiciary, to propose practical solutions and improve courthouse facilities.
Alison’s appointment is significant because it places her at the forefront of shaping how court services are delivered in British Columbia. Her involvement will allow her to contribute to meaningful improvements that directly impact access to justice for clients and the legal community as a whole.
Congratulations Alison!
