As a knowledgeable and skilled advocate, Anastasiya helps to minimize the stress and emotional toll of litigation while working towards a favourable resolution.

When conflict arises, our clients can count on Anastasiya’s cool-headed candour and rational approach to diffuse a difficult situation and focus on solutions that help our clients successfully move forward with the next chapter of their lives.

Anastasiya works closely with our senior partners to quickly establish fact patterns, identify clients’ legal issues, and discuss the best possible outcomes based on their goals.

Having appeared as counsel or co-counsel for families at all levels of court in British Columbia, including the BC Court of Appeal, this experience benefits clients by drawing on Anastasiya’s knowledge of courtroom procedures to anticipate prospective opportunities and challenges. Additionally, in her last year of law school, Anastasiya was chosen to shadow judges in the Provincial Court of Alberta which gave her invaluable insights into judicial decision-making and helped build her confidence in court proceedings.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Anastasiya completed her Bachelor of Science at MacEwan University, where she developed an investigative and analytical approach to problem-solving and impeccable research capabilities. This ability to distill the facts from the noise ensures that our clients receive well-rounded and considered strategies when resolving their disputes.
