“Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler” – Albert Einstein.

Alisa breaks down legal complexities into simplified components. This allows our clients to feel engaged and able to make strategic decisions based on her workable advice. Her practice focuses on commercial and insurance litigation, in addition to professional errors and omissions.

She was involved in a landmark case in the Supreme Court of BC and used her attention to detail and strong technical skills to guide her client through a six week litigation process and obtain a $4.8-million dollar award.

Alisa appreciates that the issues that arise during litigation are some of the most difficult problems individuals and businesses face. She guides clients through this process with as little cost, turmoil and loss as possible, using the law to find answers for a desirable resolution.
