- Co-counsel in successful summary judgment application to dismiss a malicious prosecution claim in the Supreme Court of British Columbia, in part involving interpretation of the law on malicious prosecution
International Insurer
- Negotiated a multi-party settlement at mediation, involving an insurance broker negligence claim, with a resulting contribution of about 3% of the total settlement amount
Provincial Regulator
- Redrafting of a provincial commercial-host mandatory training program governing commercial-host policies and procedures with respect to responsible service of alcohol, to reflect the legalization of recreational cannabis in Canada
