Manveer works with our capital markets team to assist companies from a range of industries with their strategic goals. In particular, he works on financings, public offerings, and related transactions and documentation.
Prior to his career in law, Manveer held government economic and business development roles and worked on inquiry commissions established by the province. These experiences honed Manveer’s communication skills, both written and verbal, and developed the detail-oriented nature he brings to his legal work. He was also regularly involved in sensitive conversations and navigating competing perspectives to find a mutually beneficial path forward.
