Sam assists real estate developers, landlords, First Nations and individuals in overcoming legal challenges. He helps with everything from structuring transactions and drafting lease agreements, to financing and land development.

Sam enjoys serving as an advisor for Indigenous clients as they explore beneficial land development opportunities. He takes the time to understand how business decisions will impact each client we work with. He provides tailored advice to meet their long-term growth objectives. Sam also has a keen interest in Indigenous entrepreneurship. While completing his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, he participated in a consulting project where he developed the business strategy for an on-reserve business focused on fostering Indigenous entrepreneurship.
Sam is skilled at identifying fractures within proposed plans and finding mutually useful solutions to contentious conflicts. He is committed to providing timely and thorough service to our clients and adding value through business-oriented guidance.
